The vibe here was special. the room was brand-new and modern, with a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. - the staff was super-friendly. - the bathroom was a good size. - the hotel was very close to main restaurants.

neat & fashionable room with cable channels, a fridge and coffee/tea makers. nice design, comfy beds. good pool, parking on-site. everything perfect. location close to the restaurant for a welcome drink, jakarta from now on and lippo mall kemang.

I definitely want to stay in that area again. Staff were superfriendly. 3. Rooms were new-fashioned. 4. Loved having a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. 5. the location was the best and good, overlooking the city.

The room I stayed in at Goodrich Suites, Artotel Portfolio was well-maintained and had a fresh decor. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. I appreciated the attention to detail in providing bath salts for a relaxing bath experience. The location of the hotel was also great, convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the restaurant provided efficient service and cleaned up promptly after each guest. The variety of food available for breakfast was good, although some items were cold. It would be nice to have more fruit options and some cold served dishes like cheeses, olives, and salads.

During my recent stay in this hotel, I had the best experience. The hotel facilities were impressive and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms were commendable. Additionally, the hotel is located near some amazing restaurants, which was a great convenience. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and made my stay comfortable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The room was quite comfortable with a big bed and the location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of food to choose from.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was a weird smell coming from the toilet. The staff seemed inexperienced and not very helpful, and the room was not properly prepared for our stay.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the two complementary drinks upon arrival made us feel welcomed and special. the location was perfect for exploring the city and going out for dinner and drinks. the room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies.
The noise level was a bit high, especially at night. We had to change rooms due to a nightclub located on the last floor.

The luxurious amenities this hotel offers are outstanding. the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere, and the food was exceptional.
The outdoor swimming pool area could have been designed to offer more privacy. It was open to the public, and the noise from the busy road was a minor issue.
